what should i use to heal my infected belly button piercing?

got my belly button pierced some years ago and
i am having an allergic reaction to a ring i was given.
i took it out and placed the original silver ring.

what can i do to stop the infection...
i know salt(non iodized)
anti-soap
but does anyone have any other ideas! please help
i can't use saline solution
