if my ears are so sensitive i need gold earrings. will my belly button be the same way ?

i need to wear gold earrings in my ears at all times. if not they get VERY sore. will i need to wear certain types of rings in my belly button too ?
if they would be the same way. about how much would the belly button rings that i would need cost?
